Our Team
Led by Chef Rocco Pezzano and his son Marco, SFIZIO is built on tradition, integrity, and flavor. After a decade away from the restaurant world, Rocco returned to bring a bold, modern Italian concept to life — one that respects his Calabrian roots while embracing fresh ideas and modern style. We believe in no shortcuts, no compromises. From our pasta to our sauces, we make it all in-house using thoughtfully sourced, seasonal ingredients. Together as a team, we bring warmth, effort, and real passion to every table — and we treat each guest and team member like family.
