Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression.
- You will greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant, take and manage reservations, control a waiting list, provide guests with menus, and show guests to their.
- You will answer phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant.
- You will assist various restaurant staff at the manager's discretion when necessary.
- Greeting guests as they enter, putting them on a waiting list as necessary, with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Seating guests at tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
